Ciljevi projekta "Unaprjeđenje poslovnih procesa kroz nabavu i implementaciju IKT rješenja" su:1. Unaprjeđenje poslovnih procesa: Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima, Financije i računovodstvo, Upravljanje imovinom, Logistika, Nabava, Prodaja, Strateško planiranje, Upravljanje rizicima, Praćenje proizvodnje;2. Povećanje prihoda od prodaje za minimalno 2,7% na kraju 2022. g. u odnosu na 2017. godine;3. Poboljšanje konkurentnosti i osnažena tržišna pozicija;4. Poboljšanje učinkovitosti korištenja resursa;5.
