Projektom se nastoje riješiti sljedeći problemi:-nepovezanost aktivnosti u poslovnim procesima,-neprepoznavanje kontekstualnih rizika,-neefikasno korištenje energenata i vode,-ozljeđivanje djelatnika i gubitak zdravlja djelatnika.Cilj projekta;Uvođenje i certificiranje integriranog sustava upravljanja kvalitetom, okolišem, te zdravljem i sigurnošću na radu, prema međunarodnim normama ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 i ISO 45001:2018, da bi se minimalizirali ili potpuno otklonili navedeni problemi.
