Uvođenje ISO normi u Lemax d.o.o. izravno adresira probleme nedovoljne konkurentnosti tvrtke Lemax na tržištu uzrokovane nedostacima u organizaciji poslovnih procesa i sustava kvalitete unutar tvrtke. The introduction of the ISO standard in Lmax d.o.o. directly address the problems of Lmax competition in the market caused by shortcomings in the organisation of business processes and quality schemes within the company. As a result of the project, 3 quality management systems/business processes in the company were introduced. The target groups shall be: the companies Lmax, employees of the company (40), and all existing customers of Lmax. (English)
