Realizacija ovog projekta rezultirat će turističkim naseljem kategorizacije 4*, a u ukupnom portfelju tvrtke Rotokor će pridonjeti povećanjem kapaciteta za 9 novih smještajnih jedinica, odnosno za 18 ležaja. Projektom će se također ostvariti dodatni sadržaji turističkog naselja u obliku jezera i mini golf igrališta. Vrijednost projekta je 16.758.785,86, a njegovi učinci 6 novih radnih mjesta. rast prihoda od prodaje u turizmu za 43% popunjenost smještajnih kapaciteta ugostiteljskog objekta 40% te rad objekta tijekom svih 12 mjeseci. The realisation of this project will lead to a tourist population of categorisations 4 *, and in the total portfolio of Rotorcraft will contribute to capacity building in 9 new accommodation units and 18 berths. The project will also deliver additional tourism facilities in the form of the lake and the mini golf course. The project value is 16.758.785,86, its effects are 6 new jobs, rising from tourism sales by 43 % of accommodation provided by catering establishments 40 % and the work of the facility for all 12 months.
