Projekt se odnosi na uvođenje novog IKT rješenja putem ERP-a kojim će se optimizirati, integrirati i redizajnirati poslovni procesi tvrtke Multinorm. Cilj uvođenja novih rješenja u poslovanje je povećanje produktivnosti i inovatiovnosti te osiguranje trajnosti i sigurnosti podataka kupaca, ubrzanje poslovnog procesa, smanjenje pogrešaka te povećanje kontrole i sigurnosti poslovanja što bi u konačnici trebalo donijeti povećanje prihoda prodaje od 30% te zadržavanje postojećih i zapošljavanje novih djelatnika. The project concerns the introduction of a new ICT solution through the EAA, which will optimise, integrate and redesign the business processes of Multinorm. The aim of introducing new solutions to business is to increase productivity and innovation, to ensure durability and security of customer data, to speed up the business process, to reduce errors and to increase control and business security, which should ultimately lead to an increase in sales revenue of 30 % and to maintain existing and recruiting new staff.
