Poduzetnik ili uprava poduzeća je direktno odgovorna za odluke u poslovanju zbog čega utječu i na sve njegove aspekte. Zbog lošeg upravljanja poduzeća teško postaju konkurentna čak i ako prime druge vrste potpore (npr. nove strojeve). Projektom će se povećati konkurentnost malog gospodarstva u Pakracu kroz pružanje novih i postojećih stručnih usluga PCP-a. Ujednačenost i dostupnost usluga te smanjena asimetrija informacija i olakšan pristup znanjima i vještinama ključnim za rast i razvoj, povećat će konkurentnost poduzeća te približiti gospodarstvo Pakraca razvijenijim regijama RH. The undertaking or the management of the company is directly responsible for the decisions of the undertaking and has also an impact on all its aspects. Bad governance makes it difficult for companies to become competitive even if they receive other types of support (e.g. new machinery). The project will increase the competitiveness of the small economy of Pakrac through the provision of new and existing professional services of PCP. the uniformity and accessibility of services, the reduced asymmetry of information and easy access to knowledge and skills are crucial for growth and development, will increase the competitiveness of businesses and bring the economy closer to the more developed regions of Croatia.
