I förstudien Digital Dialog vill samhällsbyggnadsförvaltningen, utifrån insikterna från det pågående projektet DiSa -Digital samhällsbyggnad, utforska möjligheter och vägval som underlättar en digital dialog med målgrupperna företagare, boende och besökare på Gotland. Studien görs genom att använda tjänstedesignprocesser, där förstudiens målgrupper sätts i centrum för innovationerna som tas fram för att garantera kvalitet och hållbarhet. Målet är att undersöka vilka varaktiga plattformar som kan skapa löpande digital dialog och att se över vilka processer som kan underlätta för användaren. Detta för att öka tillgänglighet, rättssäkerhet och delaktighet hos målgrupperna, stärka demokratin på Gotland och näringslivets förutsättningar till utveckling samt bidra till hållbar tillväxt. De primära frågeställningarna som förstudien utreder är hur en företagsvänlig och kundorienterad samhällsbyggnadsprocess ser ut, hur den kan bidra till ett inkluderande förhållningssätt och säkerställer att alla känner sig delaktiga i samhällsplaneringen samt hur förvaltningen kan öka tillgänglighet av information till boende, besökare och näringsliv på ön. In the Digital Dialogue feasibility study, the Civil Engineering Administration, based on the insights from the ongoing project Disa -Digital Civil Engineering, aims to explore opportunities and choices that facilitate a digital dialogue with the target groups entrepreneurs, residents and visitors to Gotland. The study is done by using service design processes, where the target groups of the pre-study are put at the centre of the innovations developed to ensure quality and sustainability. The goal is to investigate which lasting platforms can create continuous digital dialogue and to review which processes can make it easier for the user. This is to increase accessibility, legal certainty and participation of the target groups, strengthen democracy on Gotland and the business sector’s prerequisites for development and contribute to sustainable growth. The primary questions that the feasibility study examines are what a business-friendly and customer-oriented community building process looks like, how it can contribute to an inclusive approach and ensure that everyone feels involved in community planning and how the administration can increase the accessibility of information to residents, visitors and industry on the island.
