Sökande ämnar genomföra intervjuer och behovsanalyser på 50 små och medelstora tjänsteproducerande företag i Fyrbodal. Processen för intervjuerna, som ligger till grund för behovsanalyserna, liknar den process som Industriell dynamik använder, men ska anpassas och testas på tjänsteproducerande små och medelstora företag. Syftet med förstudien är att undersöka om behovsanalysen stimulerar tjänsteföretag att gå vidare med utveckling av innovativa tjänster inom eller utanför sin bransch. (Swedish)

Applicants intend to conduct interviews and needs analysis of 50 small and medium-sized service-producing companies in Fyrbodal. The process for interviews, which forms the basis for the needs analysis, is similar to the process used by Industrial Dynamics, but will be adapted and tested on service-producing small and medium-sized enterprises. The aim of the feasibility study is to investigate whether the needs analysis stimulates service companies to proceed with the development of innovative services within or outside their industry.
