En nulägesanalys som har gjorts hos Bjuvs kommun visar att det saknas en sammanhållen strategi kring kommunens digitaliseringsutveckling och hur möjligheterna i ny teknik kan antas på bästa sätt. För bredbandsutbyggnad saknas det en plan från kommunens sida för de områden som inte täcks av marknadskrafterna. För att förändra detta ska Bjuvs kommun inom ramen för projektet genomföra ett antal aktiviteter som innebär att kommunens verksamheter blir bättre på att ta tillvara på de möjligheter som finns inom digitalisering och som möjliggör en effektivare bredbandsutbyggnad i de områden som inte täcks av marknadskrafterna. A current situation analysis conducted at Bjuv’s municipality shows that there is no coherent strategy for the municipality’s digitalisation development and how the possibilities of new technology can be adopted in the best possible way. A plan from the municipality’s side for areas that are not covered by market forces is lacking for broadband expansion. To change this, Bjuv’s municipality will undertake a number of activities that make the municipality’s operations better at taking advantage of the opportunities available in digitalisation and enabling more efficient broadband expansion in the areas that are not covered by market forces.
