    THE PROJECT PROPOSAL HERE FORMALISED AIMS TO BUILD PATHS BASED ON INNOVATIVE AND MULTIMEDIA TEACHING MODALITIES FOR STUDENTS AND STUDENTS WHO HAVE SHOWN DIFFICULTIES IN LEARNING SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OR WHO COME FROM CONTEXTS CHARACTERISED BY SOCIOCULTURAL DISCOMFORT. THE INTENTION IS TO INTERVENE THROUGH THE ELABORATION OF PROJECTS ABLE TO OVERCOME THE DEFICIENCIES IN THE BASIC DISCIPLINES TO SUPPORT STUDENTS IN THE DELICATE MOMENT OF TRANSITION FROM THE SECONDARY SCHOOL OF FIRST DEGREE TO THE SECOND DEGREE TO CREATE AUTOMOTIVANT CONTEXTS THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROBLEM SOLVING CAPACITIES AND PRACTICAL CONSTRUCTION OF KNOWLEDGE. THE PEDAGOGICAL GOAL IS TO BUILD AN INCLUSIVE SCHOOL IN WHICH EVERYONE CAN FEEL ACTIVE PROTAGONISTS OF KNOWLEDGE AND NOT MORE PASSIVE CONTAINERS OF PURELY TRANSMISSIVE DIDACTICS.
