Projekt se zaměřuje na systematické vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve společnosti EKOFILTR spol. s r.o. s cílem přispět ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy, a to prostřednictvím rozvoje znalostí a dovedností svých zaměstnanců. Všechny vzdělávací aktivity v rámci projektu mají charakter specifického vzdělávání. Do projektu je zapojeno celkem 52 osob zařazených do jednotlivých skupin. Vzdělávání bude zajištěno externími dodavateli či zkušenými interními lektory. (Czech)

The project focuses on systematic training of employees at EKOFILTR spol. s r.o. with the aim of contributing to increasing the company’s competitiveness through the development of knowledge and skills of its employees. All educational activities within the project have the character of specific education. A total of 52 people included in individual groups are involved in the project. Training will be provided by external suppliers or experienced internal lecturers. (English)
