Projekt je zacílen na zvýšení míry zaměstnanosti a zaměstnatelnosti uchazečů o zaměstnání dlouhodobě evidovaných na ÚP ČR.Klíčovým problémem, který projekt řeší, je dlouhodobá nezaměstnanost. Cílovou skupinu projektu [CS] determinuje doba v evidenci na ÚP ČR, která je různými osobami vnímána s rozdílnou citlivostí a zhoršuje pozici těchto osob v rovině zaměstnatelnosti.Sekundárními problémy CS jsou postupné oslabování pracovních a režimových návyků, ztráta motivace a zdravotní problémy. The project is aimed at increasing the employment rate and employability of long-term jobseekers registered at the ÚP ČR.The key problem solved by the project is long-term unemployment. The target group of the project [CS] determines the time in the register at the ÚP CR, which is perceived by different persons with different sensitivity and impairs the position of these people in the level of employability.Secundary problems of CS are gradual weakening of work and regimen habits, loss of motivation and health problems.
