Hlavním cílem předkládaného projektu je zvýšení úrovně znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců společnosti MATTECH, s.r.o. Realizací projektu dojde k odstranění nesouladu mezi úrovní kvalifikace a dovedností a mezi požadavky, které na pracovní pozici vyvíjí zaměstnavatel. Do projektu bude zapojeno celkem 27 zaměstnanců této společnosti, z toho všechny osoby přesáhnout limit pro bagatelní podporu. (Czech)

The main objective of the submitted project is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of employees of MATTECH, s.r.o. The implementation of the project will eliminate the discrepancies between the level of qualification and skills and the requirements developed by the employer for the job position. A total of 27 employees of this company will be involved in the project, of which all persons will exceed the limit for undercutting support. (English)
