Projektem je cíleno na nastavení systému komplexního rozvoje znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců společnosti FESTO-ŠTODT s.r.o. a Fe Produkt, a.s. za účelem posílení jejich adaptability na trhu práce a upevnění postavení a konkurenceschopnosti obou společností. Pro zaměstnance byl sestaven dvouletý vzdělávací plán, který byl navržen dle potřeb každého zaměstnance. (Czech)

The project aims to set up a system of complex development of knowledge and skills of employees of FESTO-ŠTODT s.r.o. and Fe Produkt, a.s. in order to strengthen their adaptability in the labour market and strengthen the position and competitiveness of both companies. A two-year training plan was drawn up for employees, which was designed according to the needs of each employee. (English)
