Cílem projektu je zkvalitnění výkonu činností sociální práce ve správním obvodu Města Ústí nad Orlicí v kontextu sociálního začleňování, a to formou profesního rozvoje zaměstnanců veřejné správy, kteří se věnují sociální nebo rodinné problematice. Projekt směřuje k posílení profesních kompetencí soc. pracovníků prostřednictvím jejich vzdělávání a supervizí s potenciálem pozitivního vlivu na přímou práci s klienty, a to včetně aktivit síťování napříč institucemi sloužící k výměně zkušeností. The aim of the project is to improve the performance of social work activities in the administrative district of Ústí nad Orlicí in the context of social inclusion, in the form of professional development of public administration employees who deal with social or family issues. The project aims to strengthen the professional competences of employees through their education and supervision with the potential of positive influence on direct work with clients, including cross-institution networking activities to exchange experience.
