Předmětem žádosti je novostavba rybníku "Oborník" jihozápadně od obce Polnička v CHKO Žďárské vrchy. Hlavním účelem navržené stavby je zadržení vody v krajině, ochrana před povodněmi a významné zvýšení biodiverzity. V rámci stavby bude vybudován průtočný rybník, který bude zásobován vodou z přerušených drenážních systémů a z plošného přítoku. Pod hrází rybníka bude vybudována zemní tůň. (Czech)

The subject of the application is a new pond “disciplinary” southwest of the village Polnička in the PKO Žďárské vrchy. The main purpose of the proposed construction is to retain water in the landscape, to protect against floods and a significant increase in biodiversity. As part of the construction, a flow pond will be built, which will be supplied with water from interrupted drainage systems and from a tributary. A ground pool will be built under the dam of the pond. (English)
