Projekt je zaměřen na revitalizaci a rekonstrukci stávajícího výrobního areálu z roku 1920 v Děčíně s mírou nezaměstnanosti 14 %. V současnosti je využita malá část areálu k pronájmu jako sklady či administrativní zázemí různých firem. Areál se stává ze dvou hlavních budov komunikačně propojených na úrovni jednotlivých podlaží. Díky rekonstrukci objektů a instalaci tepelných čerpacel a OZE pro vlastní spotřebu dojde k předpokládané úspoře energie o více jak 60 % oproti výchozímu stavu. a. (Czech)

The project is focused on the revitalisation and reconstruction of the existing production site from 1920 in Děčín with an unemployment rate of 14 %. At present, a small part of the complex is used for rent as warehouses or administrative facilities of various companies. The area becomes two main buildings connected by communication at the level of each floor. Thanks to the reconstruction of objects and installation of heat pumps and renewables for self-consumption, the expected saving of energy by more than 60 % from the base state. a. (English)
