Projekt umožňuje vytvoření systému vzdělávání, díky němuž budou prohloubeny manažerské a odborně-technické kompetence pracovníků tak, aby společnost mohla řádně plnit plánované budoucí zakázky, pružně reagovat na technologické novinky rychle se rozvíjející oblasti strojního průmyslu, zajistila znalosti potřebné k rozšíření a modernizaci strojního vybavení a získala specialisty ve výrobě, kterých je v regionu dlouhodobě nedostatek, to vše s podporou rovných příležitostí a genderové rovnosti. The project allows for the creation of a system of education that will enhance the managerial and technical competences of the employees so that the company can properly meet the planned future contracts, respond flexibly to technological innovations in the rapidly developing areas of the machine industry, ensure the knowledge needed to expand and modernise the machinery and acquire production specialists that are scarce in the region in the long term, all with the promotion of equal opportunities and gender equality.
