Projekt je zaměřen na rozvoj a zkvalitnění v oblasti kvality poskytování služeb. Důraz projektu je na standardizaci procesů a předpisů v rámci organizace. Projekt také sleduje mezioborovou diskusi v rámci transformace psychiatrické péče.Realizovány budou aktivity, které jsou zacíleny na procesy uvnitř organizace s důrazem na mezioborovost. Projekt nejen rozvíjí samotné procesy, ale již implementuje inovativní postupy v rámci přímé práce s klienty. Součástí aktivit jsou supervize a vzdělávání. (Czech)

The project is focused on the development and improvement of the quality of service provision. The focus of the project is on the standardisation of processes and regulations within the organisation. The project also monitors interdisciplinary discussion within the framework of the transformation of psychiatric care. Activities that are aimed at processes within the organisation with an emphasis on interdisciplinary activity will be implemented. The project not only develops processes itself, but already implements innovative procedures within direct work with clients. The activities include supervision and education. (English)
