Projekt je zaměřen na zajištění dostupnosti sociálních služeb lidem s duševním onemocněním, kteří trvale žijí na části území MAS Pošumaví prostřednictvím nové sociální služby - sociální rehabilitace. Vznikne tak poptávaná služba zaměřená na podporu a pomoc při resocializaci klientů. Bude se jednat o konkrétní pomoc lidem v nepříznivé nebo akutní sociální situaci způsobené vlivem duševního onemocnění. Služba bude poskytována terénní i ambulantní formou. (Czech)

The project is aimed at ensuring the availability of social services to people with mental illness who live permanently on the territory of the Pošumaví LAG through a new social service – social rehabilitation. This will create a demanded service focused on support and assistance in the resocialisation of clients. This will be specific help for people in an unfavourable or acute social situation caused by mental illness. The service will be provided in a field and outpatient form. (English)
