Projekt je zaměřen na podporu procesů plánování soc. služeb v Jihočeském kraji na krajské i místní úrovni včetně zpracování Střednědobého plánu rozvoje soc. služeb, při které budou aktivně participovat obce. Zároveň se vytvoří nový krajský informační systém s názvem Jihočeská aplikace pro SS (JASS) určený k plánování, řízení a financování sítě sociálních služeb. Dalším výstupem bude Krajský plán vyrovnávání příležitostí pro osoby se zdr. postižením a Elektronický katalog soc. služeb v Jč. kraji. (Czech)

The project is aimed at supporting the processes of planning services in the South Bohemian Region at regional and local level, including the preparation of a Medium-term plan for the development of social services in which municipalities will participate actively. At the same time, a new regional information system called South Bohemia Application for SS (Jass) will be created for planning, managing and financing the network of social services. The next output will be the Regional Plan for Equalising Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities and Electronic Catalogue of Soc. Services in the Jč. Region. (English)
