    THE PROJECT STEMS FROM THE NEED OF OUR RAV TO OFFER STUDENTS LACQUISITION OF THE BASIC SKILLS AND RAISING THEM IN A HOMOGENEOUS WAY IN ORDER TO COMPENSATE FOR THE CULTURAL DISADVANTAGES ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL AND OFFER TO STUDENTS THE SAME EDUCATIONAL POSSIBILITIES IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF DELLINCLUSIVIT AND THE VALORISATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE PHENOMENON OF DISPERSION.SUCH COMPETENCES CONSTITUTE THE STARTING POINT FOR FURTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIONS IN CONTINUITY WITH THE CREATION OF THE PROGRAM AND THE PROGRAM LINES.
