THE FOLLOWING YEARS HAVE BEEN SUBJECT TO CHANGES AND CONSTRUCTIVE ENLARGEMENTS AND CHANGES TO THE DESTINATION FOR INDIVIDUAL PARTS OF THE COMPLEX. THESE AMENDMENTS AND IMPROVED ADAPTATION TO IMPROVED ENERGY EFFICIENCY HAVE REQUIRED CONSTRUCTIVE ACTION.\ NUNA AS THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE MALLES MUNICIPALITY IS TO OPTIMISE L ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN ORDER TO REACH AT LEAST THE STANDARD HOME CLIMATE C.\ NTASSELLO’S MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS OBJECTIVE IS THE REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING VENTILATION SYSTEM WITH A COMPLETELY NEW SYSTEM. FURTHER STEPS TO ACHIEVE OPTIMISATION ARE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE WINDOWS OF THE WINE CELLAR AND THAT THE NEW THERMAL INSULATION IN THE NEW ROOF AND THE OLD PART HAS BEEN INSERTED. (English)
