    EARLY SCHOOL LEAVING IS A COMPLEX PHENOMENON, DETERMINED BY MULTIPLE FACTORS: PUPILS’ STATUS OF ORIGIN, LACK OF COMMITMENT AND MOTIVATION, DIFFICULT TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLASSMATES AND TEACHERS, DEGREE OF SELF-ESTEEM. FOR THESE REASONS, IT REQUIRES A METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH OF A SYSTEMIC TYPE, WHICH INTERLINKS SUBJECTIVE VARIABLES TO SOCIAL VARIABLES, BY IDENTIFYING THE LINK BETWEEN FORMAL AND NON-FORMAL EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES OF EVERY STUDENT. AMONG THESE, SPECIAL ATTENTION MUST BE GIVEN TO THE USE OF SOCIAL NETWORKS: THE ABILITY TO BUILD NETWORKING AND VIRTUAL FORUMS, NETWORK SYNERGIES AND IMBALANCES IN THE AREAS OF EDUCATION SETTINGS AND CAN BECOME EASY TO USE IF IT IS NOT BACKED UP BY CAREFUL AND SHARED THINKING ABOUT THE PROPER USE OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES. IN THE LIGHT OF THIS PREMISE, AND IN THE LIGHT OF THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ESF “2014/2020” PROGRAMME, THE PROPOSAL SETS OUT ITS OBJECTIVES. (English)
