    THE PROJECT IS TARGETED TO PUPILS IN THE 1ST AND 2ND CLASS OF LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL. ACTIVITIES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN THE FIELD OF RESEARCH AND COMMUNICATION IN TERMS OF FOOD AND TASTE. THE TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR THE AIUTERA PROJECT TO UNDERSTAND THE PROCESSES THAT FORM THE BASIS FOR THE CHOICE OR REJECTION OF FOOD AND TO MAKE IT THE BASIS AND INSTRUMENT FOR AN INFORMED AND BALANCED CHOICE WITHIN A DIET. THE INTERDEPENDENCIES WHICH EXIST BETWEEN THE PRODUCTION OF THE CIBODISTRIBUTION AND THE SUSTAINABILITY RANGE WILL BE CLARIFIED AND IT IS DESCRIBED AS AN INGREDIENT THAT REFLECTS ON THE CULTURAL VALUES AND HABITS OF OTHER EUROPEAN NATIONS.
