IN PRIMA ISTANZA SI RITIENE PRIORITARIO ATTIVARE MODULI PER GLI ALUNNI DELLA SCUOLA SECONDARIA DI I GRADO IN USCITA AFFINCH POSSANO CONOSCERE DETTAGLIATAMENTE LOFFERTA FORMATIVA DELLE SCUOLE DEL TERRITORIO. GLI STUDENTI DEVONO INOLTRE AVERE LOPPORTUNIT DI STUDIARE LE AZIENDE DEL TERRITORIO E PRENDERE CONSAPEVOLEZZA DELLE RISORSE UMANE E DELLE COMPETENZE NECESSARIE AL LORO FUNZIONAMENTO. IN SECONDA ISTANZA BISOGNA AVVIARE UN PROCESSO DI ANALISI DELLE PREFERENZE E DELLE ATTITUDINI DEGLI ALUNNI CON LOBIETTIVO DI PROMUOVERE LE ECCELLENZE E PREVENIRE LA DISPERSIONE.PARTICOLARE ATTENZIONE SI INTENDE DEDICARE ALLO STUDIO DELLE STEM PER AVVICINARE LE ALLIEVE A QUESTE DISCIPLINE E SUPER (Italian)

    THIS PROJECT WILL PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY TO LAUNCH A PROCESS WITH A VIEW TO ENSURING THAT THIS TRAINING ASPECT IS RATHER WEAK IN OUR SCHOOL AND IT SHOULD THEREFORE BE FORMALISED AND PUT INTO PRACTICE AS A RESULT OF THE LIFELONG GUIDANCE. IN THE FIRST INSTANCE, IT IS CONSIDERED TO BE A PRIORITY TO ACTIVATE MODULES FOR SECONDARY SCHOOL PUPILS AT THE EXIT LEVEL TO BE ABLE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE TRAINING OFFERED BY SCHOOLS IN THE AREA. STUDENTS ALSO NEED TO HAVE LOPPORTUNIT TO STUDY THE FARMS OF THE TERRITORY AND TO BE AWARE OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES AND SKILLS NEEDED TO OPERATE THEM. IN THE SECOND INSTANCE, A PROCESS OF ANALYSING PUPILS’ PREFERENCES AND ATTITUDES WITH THE AIM OF PROMOTING EXCELLENCE SHOULD BE UNDERTAKEN, WITH THE AIM OF PROMOTING EXCELLENCE AND PREVENTING THE FOCUS OF THE STEM STUDY TO BRING YOUNG PEOPLE CLOSER TO THESE DISCIPLINES AND SUPER FORCES.
