Gmina Pełczyce przystąpiła do realizacji projektu „Poprawa dostępności sieci żłobków poprzez stworzenie miejsca opieki nad dziećmi w Pełczycach” skierowanego opiekunów dzieci do 3 roku życia. Celem głównym projektu jest stworzenie dogodnych warunków do godzenia pracy zawodowej i opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w gminie Pełczyce poprzez utworzenie 15 miejsc opieki w okresie IX’2016-IX-2019, co przyczyni się do wzrostu zatrudnienia bądź powrotu na rynek pracy 22 opiekunów dzieci do lat 3 (pracujących, bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo). Rekrutację zaplanowano w dwóch terminach: (1) III-IV '2017 – opieka w żłobku rozpocznie się od września 2017r., (2) III-IV’2018 – opieka w żłobku rozpocznie się od września 2018r. W RAMACH PROJEKTU ZAPLANOWANO: (1) Wykonanie dokumentacji budowlano-kosztorysowej oraz niezbędnych pozwoleń. (2) Prace związane z dostosowaniem pomieszczeń oraz adaptacją (prace remontowo- wykończeniowe) i zakup wyposażenia do żłobka. (3) Wybór i zatrudnienie Kadry niezbędnej do funkcjonowania żłobka (4) Finansowanie bieżącej działalności przez pierwsze 12 m-cy W WYNIKU REALIZACJI PROJEKTU: (a) 22 osoby opiekujące się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 zostaną objęte wsparciem w ramach projektu; (b) utworzonych zostanie 15 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3; (c) 2 opiekunów dzieci do lat 3 powróci na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/ wychowaniem dziecka a 20 opiekunów dzieci do lat 3 pozostających bez pracy znajdzie pracę lub będzie jej poszukiwać. Pełczyce commune started the project “Improving accessibility of the nursery network by creating a childcare centre in Pełczyce” aimed at carers for children up to the age of 3. The main objective of the project is to create favourable conditions for reconciling work and childcare for children under the age of 3 in the municipality of Pełczyce by creating 15 places of care in the period IX'2016-IX-2019, which will increase employment or return to the labour market 22 carers under the age of 3 (workers, unemployed or inactive). Recruitment is scheduled for two dates: (1) III-IV ‘2017 – nursery care will start from September 2017, (2) III-IV’2018 – nursery care will start from September 2018. THE PROJECT PLANS TO: (1) Execution of construction and cost documentation and necessary permits. (2) Works related to adaptation and adaptation (renovation and finishing work) and purchase of equipment for the nursery. (3) Selection and employment of the staff necessary for the operation of the crèche (4) Financing current activities for the first 12 months of the project REALISATION: (a) 22 persons caring for children under the age of 3 will be supported by the project; (b) 15 new childcare places under the age of 3 will be created; (c) 2 carers for children under 3 years of age will return to the labour market after a break in childbirth and 20 carers for children under the age of 3 who are unemployed will find or seek a job.
