Potrzeba realizacji projektu wynika ze zdiagnozowanych problemów na obszarze wsparcia:1.Ograniczonego dostępu do zewnętrznych podmiotów szkolenia zawodowego dla osób pozostających w placówkach ponadgimnazjalnych 2. Braku środków finansowych na pokrycie kosztów związanych z podnoszeniem kwalifik zawod 3. Braku odpowiedniego zaplecza technicznego (specjalistycznych warsztatów szkoleniowych) w placówkach ponadgimnazjalnych, gdzie mogliby uczniowie uzyskać dodatkowe kwalifik zawod Udział w proj. weźmie 140 os w wieku powyżej 18rż. zainteresowane z własnej inicjatywy zdobyciem, uzupełnieniem kwalifik zawod. Proj realiz będzie na terenie WZ od 01.11.2017-31.10.2019r. Każdy z Uczestników projektu, ze względu na zdiagnozowane problemy grupy docelowej,będzie należał do co najmniej jednej z poniższych grup,tj: a.uczniowie techników, szkół policealnych, b. słuchacze szkół i placówek prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe, c. os dorosłe zainteresowane z własnej inicjatywy zdobyciem, uzupełnieniem kwalif zawod.W ramach proj Wniosk udzieli każdemu z uczestnik: -wsparcie edukacyjno-zawodowego(4godz/os),-przeprowadzić badanie lekarskie dopuszczająca do szkoleń, praktyk lub staży, - zakupu odzieży ochronnej, -przeprowadzi szkolenie BHP (szkolenie,praktyki, staże), -udzieli wsparcia szkoleniowego (na podstawie indywidualnej diagnozy potrzeb), -przeprowadzi aktywizację zawod poprzez giełdę pracy z pracodawcami (2godz/os), -dla wszystkich uczniów kończących Zasadnicze Szkoły Zawodowe zorganizuje praktyki zawodowe u pracodawców (do 2 mcy), -dla wszystkich uczniów techników i szkół policealnych zorganizuje staże zawodow u pracodawców (do 4 mcy) (Polish)

The need to implement the project stems from diagnosed problems in the area of support:1.limited access to external vocational training entities for those staying in upper secondary schools 2. Lack of financial resources to cover the costs of increasing the eligibility of the profession 3. Lack of adequate technical facilities (specialistic training workshops) in upper secondary schools, where students could obtain an additional qualification The participation in the project will take 140 people over the age of 18. interested on their own initiative to acquire, supplement the qualification of the profession. Project realisation will be in the area of WZ from 01.11.2017-31.10.2019r. Each Participant of the project, due to the diagnosed problems of the target group, will belong to at least one of the following groups, i.e.: a.Students of technicians, post-secondary schools, former students of schools and vocational training institutions, c. adults interested on their own initiative to complete the profession.As part of the project, the application will be granted to each participant: —educational and vocational support(4hrs/person),-to conduct a medical examination allowing for training, apprenticeships or traineeships, -purchase protective clothing, – will conduct health and safety training (training, practice, internships), -training training support (based on individual diagnosis of needs), – will activate the profession through the exchange of work with employers (2 hour/person), -for all pupils from vocational schools, – for all pupils of vocational education and training, – to carry out vocational training (4 hrs/person), – to carry out training courses for training, apprenticeships or traineeships, – on the basis of the individual diagnosis of needs, – will carry out training courses (training, practice, internships), -for all pupils of vocational training (on the basis of individual diagnosis of needs), – will carry out vocational training through the exchange of work with employers (2hrs/person), -for all pupils of vocational training and occupational training (on the basis of individual diagnosis of needs), – will carry out vocational training courses (training, practice, internships), -for all pupils of vocational training (on the basis of individual diagnosis of needs), – will carry out vocational training (training, traineeships, traineeships) – for all pupils of vocational training (on the basis of individual diagnosis of needs), – will activate the profession through the exchange of work with employers (2hrs/persons), -for all pupils from vocational trainings and Employees for Vocational Training (on the basis of an individual diagnosis of needs), – will conduct training courses (training, practice, internships), -for all pupils in vocational training (on the basis of individual diagnosis of needs), – will carry out vocational training courses (training, practice, internships), -for all pupils in vocational education and training (on the basis of individual diagnosis of needs), – will carry out vocational training courses (training, practice, internships), -for all pupils (English)
