Inwestycja dot. przebudowy i zmiany sposobu użytkowania dawnego bud. mieszk.–usług.Zgromadzenia Sióstr Miłosierdzia Św. Wincentego a Paulo w Lubawie – wsch. skrzydła oraz łącznika z głównym skrzydłem płn. zabytkowego Szpitala św. Jerzego, wpisanych wraz z bezpośrednim otoczeniem do rejestru zabytków. Projekt obejmuje:1)rob. ogólnobudowlane: rozbiórka i budowa nowego łącznika (w tym m.in.: roboty rozbiórkowe, ziemne, fundamenty, ściany fundamentowe oraz szyb windowy, stropy, ściany, dach, stolarka okienna i drzwiowa, wykończenie ścian oraz sufitów, piwnica, parter, piętro, elewacja, posadzki, opaska z kostki brukowej); przebudowa wschodniego skrzydła (m.in.: rob. rozbiórkowe, parter, piętra, posadzki, ścianki działowe i sufity, wykończenie ścian i posadzek, stolarka, pozostałe elementy wykończeniowe, elewacje, zagospodarowanie terenu; 2)rob. elektryczne (rozdzielnice i tablice CPV, wewn. linie zasilające, instalacja oświetlenia CPV, instalacja elektryczna i połączeń wyrównawczych CPV, syst.okablowania strukturalnego, inst.przyzywowa, telewizji, oddymiania klatki schodowej, pomiary powykonawcze); 3)rob. sanitarne (instalacja wod-kan, hydrantowa, c.o. i wentylacja); 4)Zakup łóżek rehab. i wanien do hydromasażu itd. Inwestycja wpisuje się w dział.8.1.Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich RPO W WM realizuje 9cel temat.:Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją, priorytet inwest.9b:Wspieranie rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej ubogich społeczności na obszarach miejskich i wiejskich, cel szczegół.: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Poprzez rewitalizację starego budynku realizuje cel: rewitalizacja miast i ubogich społeczności, ograniczanie ubóstwa poprzez włączenie społeczne osób dyskryminowanych. Budynek zyska nowe funkcje z przeznaczeniem głównie na oddział łóżkowy chorych nieporuszających się samodzielnie, często również upośledzonych umysłowo, udostępniony zostanie osobom niepełnosprawnym. Investment for reconstruction and change of use of the former building. Wincenty and Paulo in Lubawa – east wings and a link with the main wing of the north of the historic Hospital of St. George, enrolled together with the immediate surroundings, into the register of monuments. The project includes:1)general construction work: demolition and construction of a new connector (including: demolition works, earthworks, foundations, foundations and window panes, ceilings, walls, roof, window and door carpentry, finishing of walls and ceilings, basement, ground floor, facade, floors, floor, paving; paving); reconstruction of the eastern wing (e.g.: demolition, ground floor, floors, floors, partitions and ceilings, finishing of walls and floors, carpentry, other finishing elements, facades, land development; 2)electric work (CPV switching and plates, internal supply lines, CPV lighting installation, electrical installation and CPV compensatory connections, structural wiring system, call centre, television, smoke of staircase, post-executive measurements); 3) sanitary work (water-channel, hydrant, central heating and ventilation); 4) Purchase of rehab beds and whirlpool baths, etc. The investment is part of section.8.1.Regeneration of urban areas of ROP WM pursues 9 objective.:Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and all discrimination, investment priority.9b:Supporting physical, economic and social rehabilitation of poor communities in urban and rural areas, the specific objective: Better quality of life for communities living in problem areas. By revitalising the old building, it achieves the objective of: revitalising cities and poor communities, reducing poverty through social inclusion of discriminated persons. The building will gain new functions, mainly for the bed ward of non-moving patients, often also mentally impaired, will be made available to disabled persons. (English)
