Przedmiotem projektu jest utworzenie Centrum Edukacyjnego w Biskupcu (Województwo warmińsko-mazurskie, powiat olsztyński, gmina Biskupiec, M. Biskupiec, działki: 115, 123 252/10. 252/20 obręb 04 m. Biskupiec) Zakres: a) dostosowanie istniejącego budynku na potrzeby utworzenia centrum edukacji, polegające na przeprowadzeniu prac remontowych oraz zapewnieniu odpowiednich dojść, b) wyremontowanie i wyposażenie sali wielofunkcyjnej i dydaktycznej, c) wyremontowanie klatki schodowej, d) modernizacja sanitariatów i remont węzła sanitarnego, e) dostosowanie pomieszczeń piwnicy na potrzeby realizowanych zajęć, f) poprawa dostępności komunikacyjnej obiektu, g) przebudowa ulicy (ul. Bogusławskiego), h) położenie bruku i płyt granitowych, montaz stylowych lamp oświetleniowych Szczegółowy opis w zał. nr 5 do wod. Etapy realizacji projektu: -złożenie wniosku o dof. -podpisanie umowy o dof. -wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z konk. -zawarcie umowy z wykonawcą i rozpoczęcie prac -realizacja prac zgodnie z założonym harmonogramem -zakończenie projektu i podpisanie protokołu końcowego -końcowe rozliczenie projektu sposób wdrażania zakr. rzeczowego: -podpisanie umowy -realizacja prac -odbiór końcowy i podpisanie prot Projekt wpisuje się w SZOOP RPO WWM realizując cel: „Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe”. Z projektu będą mogli korzystać wszyscy mieszkańcy Gminy Biskupiec w tym mieszkańcy zamieszkujący teren zdegradowany, przyczyniając się do rozwiązywania problemów na obszarze rewitalizowanym. Działanie jest ukierunkowane na niwelowanie zjawisk związanych z problemami społecznymi na obszarze, aktywizację społeczno-gospodarczą oraz podniesienie jakości życia lokalnej społeczności. (Polish)

Biskupiec) Scope: a) adaptation of the existing building for the purpose of setting up an education centre, consisting of carrying out renovation works and ensuring adequate access, b) the renovation and equipment of the multifunctional and didactic hall, c) Refurbishment of the staircase, d) modernisation of the sanitary facilities and renovation of the sanitary node, e) adaptation of basement rooms for the needs of the activities carried out, f) improvement of the accessibility of the facility, g) reconstruction of the street (ul. Bogusławski), h) location of pavement and granite slabs, installation of stylish lighting lamps Detailed description in Appendix 5 to water. Stages of project implementation: —submission of an application for DOF. —signing of the DOF agreement. —the selection of the contractor according to the end. —conclusion of the contract with the contractor and commencement of work -implementation of works according to the established timetable -completion of the project and signing of the final protocol – final settlement of the project method of implementation in kind: —conclusion of the contract -implementation of works -final reception and signing of the protocol The project fits into SZOOP RPO WWM with the aim of: Better quality of life for communities living in problem areas. The project will be open to all residents of the municipality of Biskupiec, including residents living in the degraded area, contributing to solving problems in the revitalised area. The action is aimed at addressing phenomena related to social problems in the area, socio-economic activation and improving the quality of life of the local community. (English)
