Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie aktywizacji społecznej i zawodowej 48 beneficjentów 38 kobiet, 10 mężczyzn z gminy Purda i MOF Olsztyn, zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym w okresie od 01.11.2017- 31.12.2019 Zostanie to osiągnięte poprzez: aktywizację edukacyjną, społeczną zawodową i zdrowotną osób bezrobotnych w wieku15-64 lata oraz ich otoczenia, Zwiększone zostaną ich kwalifikacje zawodowe lub taż nastąpi ich aktualizacja; zbycie umiejętności zawodowych w grupie 40 osób, animację społeczną12 środowisk lokalnych na terenie gminy oraz zapewnienie staży dla 16 osób.
