Projekt pt."Termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej przy ul.Skrajnej 1 w Pacółtowie" polega na modernizacji kotłowni węglowej, dociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych budynku, dociepleniu stropodachu i wykonaniu nowego pokrycia dachowego, wymianie okien, montażu nowego wymiennika ciepłej wody użytkowej i jej podłączeniu do nowej kotłowni na biomasę. Ponadto planuje się montaż paneli instalacji solarnej wspomagającej instalację ciepłej wody użytkowej. Instalacja solarna będzie się składała z 20 kolektorów płaskich o powierzchni 40 m2. Projekt realizowany będzie w jednym etapie przez firmę wyłonioną zgodnie z PZP przez Wnioskodawcę. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM poprzez spełnienie limitów i ograniczeń w realizacji projektów, w szczególności: - dobór działań i ich zakres oraz kwalifikowalność wydatków przeprowadzono na podstawie audytu energetycznego, - poziom efektywności energetycznej projektu mierzony spadkiem zapotrzebowania na energię na podstawie obliczeń ujętych w audycie energetycznym spadł o ponad 60% - redukcja CO2 na skutek termomodernizacji oraz wymiany źródła ciepła wynosi 100% - wspierane urządzenia do ogrzewania charakteryzują się minimalnym poziomem efektywności energetycznej i normami emisji zanieczyszczeń, które zostały określone w środkach wykonawczych do dyrektywy 2009/125/WE z dnia 21 października 2009 r. ustanawiającej ogólne zasady wymogów dotyczących ekoprojektu dla produktów związanych z energią. The project entitled “Termomodernisation of the public utility building at ul.Skrajna 1 in Pacółtów” consists of modernisation of the coal boiler room, warming of the exterior walls of the building, warming of ceilings and new roof covering, replacement of windows, installation of a new hot water exchanger and its connection to the new boiler room for biomass. In addition, solar panels are planned to support the installation of hot water. The solar system will consist of 20 flat manifolds with an area of 40 m². The project will be implemented in one stage by the company selected in accordance with PZP by the Applicant. The project fits into the assumptions of the SzOOP RPO WiM by fulfilling the limits and limitations in the implementation of projects, in particular: — the selection of measures and their scope and eligibility of expenditure was carried out on the basis of an energy audit, – the level of energy efficiency of the project measured by a decrease in energy demand on the basis of calculations included in the energy audit fell by more than 60 % – the reduction of CO2 as a result of thermal modernisation and heat exchange is 100 % – the supported heating equipment is characterised by a minimum level of energy efficiency and emission standards, which are set out in the implementing measures to Directive 2009/125/EC of 21 October 2009 laying down the general requirements of the project.
