Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja obiektu handlowo - usługowego położonego przy ul. Malborskiej 52 na działce nr 61/4, 61/8, 61/9, 61/13, 61/15, 61/18, 61/21 obręb 0021 numer KW nr EL1E/00040991/8, EL1E/00036325/8, EL1E/00034931/5, EL1E/00046849/0, EL1E/00078293/0 będącego w zasobach Spółki FALCON w Elblągu. Powierzchnia użytkowa budynku poddawanego termomodernizacji: to 1837,40 m2. Zgodnie z przeprowadzonym audytem energetycznym obiektu, dokumentacją techniczną oraz audytem energii elektrycznej dla uzyskania optymalnych dla obiektu parametrów energetycznych niezbędna jest realizacja następującego zakresu rzeczowego robót termomodernizacyjnych: Budynek przy ul. Malborska 52: - Audyt energetyczny i dokumentacja techniczna - Instalacja centralnego ogrzewania - Ciepła woda użytkowa - Instalacja wentylacji mechanicznej - Dach/Stropodach - Ściana zewnętrzna nr 1 - Drzwi zewnętrzne do modernizacji - Okna do modernizacji - Ściana zewnętrzna nr 2 - Wymianę źródeł światła na LED wraz z oprawami zgodnie z podziałem oświetlenia według przeznaczenia: przebudowę instalacji celem dostosowania do nowych układów usytuowania lamp, wykonanie w rozdzielniach budynkowych odpowiednich zabezpieczeń nadprądowych, róznicopradowych oraz przeciwprądowych. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM z uwagi na założoną racjonalizację i spadek zużycia energii w sektorze MŚP osiągniętą w efekcie głębokiej, kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku w przedsiębiorstwie wykorzystywanego na cele gospodarcze. The subject of the project is the modernisation of the commercial and service facility located at the street. Malborska 52 on plot No. 61/4, 61/8, 61/9, 61/13, 61/15, 61/18, 61/21, 0021 number KW EL1E/00040991/8, EL1E/00036325/8, EL1E/00034931/5, EL1E/00046849/0, EL0E/1/1 being in the resources of the FALCON Company in Elbląg. Usable area of the building undergoing thermal modernisation: that’s 1837.40 m². According to the energy audit of the facility, the technical documentation and the audit of electricity in order to achieve optimal energy parameters for the facility, it is necessary to carry out the following material range of thermal retrofitting works: The building on the street. Malborska 52: — Energy audit and technical documentation – Installation of central heating – Hot usable water – Installation of mechanical ventilation – Roof/Stropodach – Outer wall no. 1 – External doors for modernisation – Windows for modernisation – Outer wall no. 2 – Change of light sources into LEDs with luminaires according to the breakdown of lighting by purpose: reconstruction of the installation in order to adapt to new systems of positioning lamps, making in building switchgears appropriate overcurrent, differentcoprad and countercurrent protections. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the WiM RPO SzOOP due to the assumed rationalisation and reduction of energy consumption in the SME sector achieved as a result of a deep, comprehensive energy modernisation of the building in an enterprise used for economic purposes.
