Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na podjęcie lub utrzymanie zatrudnienia 22 mieszkańców Miasta Olsztyn i powiatu olsztyńskiego (20 kobiet i 2 mężczyzn) pozostających bez zatrudnienia (bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo) i sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 lub powracających na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z opieką nad dziećmi do lat 3. W ramach projektu przy ul. Zamenhofa 1/39 w Olsztynie powstanie żłobek "Dom Rozwoju Malucha Promyczek", w którym osoby zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym i marginalizacją ze względu na pozostawanie poza rynkiem pracy będą mogły nieodpłatnie skorzystać z usługi opieki nad dzieckiem, co umożliwi im podjęcie zatrudnienia bądź powrót pracy. Żłobek usytuowany będzie w centralnym punkcie tzw. "Zatorza" tj. części Olsztyna obejmującej os. Zatorze oraz przylegające do niego rejony os. Podleśna i os. Wojska Polskiego. Na tym obszarze nie działa w tej chwili ani jedna niepubliczna placówka świadcząca usługi z zakresu opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3. Jest to również część miasta o największym natężeniu cech kryzysowych, tj. gęstość zaludnienia, poziom ubóstwa czy stopa bezrobocia. Powstanie żłobka w tej okolicy będzie więc szczególnie pozytywnym zjawiskiem, zwłaszcza z punktu widzenia aktywizacji zawodowej oraz niwelowania zjawiska wysokiego bezrobocia na Zatorzu. W żłobku opieką zostanie objętych jednorazowo 15 dzieci do lat 3, które wezmą udział w zajęciach dydaktyczno-wychowawczych, których program oparty jest o strategię wielokierunkowej stymulacji aktywności dzieci, skupionej na potrzebie ruchu i zabawy oraz koncepcję indywidualnego, naturalnego rozwoju zgodnego z potencjałem i możliwościami dziecka. The aim of the project is to increase the chances of taking up or maintaining employment of 22 residents of Olsztyn City and Olsztyn County (20 women and 2 men) who are unemployed (unemployed or inactive) and taking care of children under the age of 3 or returning to the labour market after a break related to childcare up to 3 years. As part of the project at ul. Zamenhofa 1/39 will create a nursery in Olsztyn, where people at risk of social exclusion and marginalisation due to remaining outside the labour market will be able to benefit from childcare services free of charge, which will enable them to take up employment or return to work. The nursery will be located at the central point of the so-called. “Zator” i.e. the part of Olsztyn including the wasps. The Bay and the adjacent areas of the wasps. The forest and the wasps. The Polish Army. Not a single non-public childcare facility under the age of 3 operates in this area. It is also part of the city with the greatest crisis characteristics, i.e. population density, poverty level or unemployment rate. The creation of a nursery in this area will therefore be a particularly positive phenomenon, especially from the point of view of professional activation and eliminating the phenomenon of high unemployment in Zator. The nursery will take care of 15 children under the age of 3, who will take part in teaching and education classes, whose program is based on a strategy of multi-directional stimulation of children’s activity, focused on the need for movement and play, and the concept of individual, natural development in accordance with the child’s potential and capabilities.
