W wybranym do realiz. wariancie stanow. przedmiot niniejszego projektu nowa jakość budynku oraz przestrz. zostanie uzysk. poprzez następ. usprawn.: prace rem-kons elewacji, klatki schod., piwnicy, dachu, stolarki okiennej i drzwiow. klatki schod. i piwnic, wym. inst. wod.-kan. stan. część wspólną oraz przyłącza, inst. domof. z kodem Brailla, ośw. automat., ozn. kontrast., mont. budek ornit. Znaczna poprawa stanu zachow. budynku i jego efektyw. energet. (poprzez inst. czujek oszczędz. en. elektr. w częściach wspól. budynku) oraz estetyki. Zainst. zost. nakł. braile'a na domofon. Więcej w rozdz. 1.1 sw; Interesar. przedm. projektu są mieszkańcy kamienicy, a tym samym obszaru rewit., turyści, służby konserw., Gm. Olsztyn. The scope of the project covers 1 multi-gene building in Olsztyn, ul. 1 May 11 with total area of use. 1024,78 m². Building entered in the district of monuments under no.: IT’S A-1818. In the state variant selected for the implementation, the subject of this project is a new quality of the building and overhaul will be yielded by the following: works of rem-cons of facades, staircases, basement, roof, window joinery and doors. staircases and cellars, e.g. inst. water.-can. state. common part and connections, inst. domof. with Brailla code, d.o.v. automatic., ozn. contrast., mont. booth ornit. Significant improvement in the condition of maintenance of the building and its efficiency. energet. (through the inst. sensor save en. electr. in parts of the building) and aesthetics. Zainst. zost. put Braile on the intercom. More in chapters. 1.1 sw; Interests. before the project are residents of the tenement house, and thus the area of revvit., tourists, canned service., Gm. Olsztyn. Detailed information on the scope of the item. and accepted solutions can be found in chapter. 2.2 St. and in the techn. document extract annexed to the application.
