Proj. jest skierowany do nauczycieli Zespołu Szkół Gastronomiczno-Spożywczych w Olsztynie kształcących w zawodzie Cukiernik. Projekt dotyczy także dopasowania metod i treści ksztcenia w zawodzie Cukiernik w Branżowej Szkole I stopnia nr 5 do zapotrzeb.rynku pracy. Modernizacja treści i metod kształcenia w Branżowej Szkole I stopnia nr 5 w Olsztynie w zawodzie cukiernik, podniesienie kompetencji 4 nauczycieli/ek przy jednoczesnym doposażeniu szkoły w okresie od 01.09.2019r. do 31.03.2020r. Szkoła przy współpracy z regionlanymi pracodawcami przygot. i przeprow. diagnozę, którą zatw. Prezydent Olsztyna. Diagnoza ta jest podstawą do realizacji zadań w projekcie. Ponadto zostały zawarte porozumienia z pracodawcami na potrzeby których kierunek będzie modernizowany. Przedsiębiorcy uczestn.w konstruowaniu założeń projektu,w tym szkoleń dla naucz.jak również przedstaw.rekomendacje dot.wyposażenia poszczególnych pracowni w sprzęty niezbędne do nauki zaw. (Polish)

The project is addressed to teachers of the School of Gastronomy and Food Schools in Olsztyn educating in the profession of Piekiernik. The project also concerns the alignment of methods and content of training in the profession Cukiernik in the Industry School No. 5 to the needs of the labour market. Modernisation of the content and methods of education at the first-degree Industry School No. 5 in Olsztyn in the profession of confectioner, raising the competence of 4 teachers/s while at the same time retrofitting the school in the period from 01.09.2019 to 31.03.2020. School in cooperation with regional employers prepare and apologise. I'm President Olsztyn. This diagnosis is the basis for carrying out tasks in the project. In addition, agreements have been concluded with employers for whose direction will be modernised. Entrepreneurs participate in the construction of project assumptions, including trainings for teaching, as well as present.recommendations on the equipment necessary for learning in particular workshops.
