Poszerzanie i aktualizowanie wiedzy jest kluczem do sukcesu w każdej branży. Rozwój zawodowy pracownika wprost przekłada się na zwiększenie zysków firmy i poprawę konkurencyjności i jakość świadczonych usług. Kształcenie nauczycieli i nauczycielek przekłada się na jakość nauczania i poziom całej placówki. Jednak, aby nauczyciele mogli dostarczać uczniom najbardziej aktualną wiedzę w atrakcyjny sposób niezbędne jest przygotowanie oferty edukacyjnej również dla nich w ramach systemu ciągłego doskonalenia i doszkalania. Szczególnie wartościowe są te formy kształcenia ustawicznego nauczycieli, które realizowane są w porozumieniu z pracodawcami określającymi kierunki i zakres tego kształcenia. Niezwykle istotne jest wprowadzenie stałych mechanizmów współpracy przedsiębiorców ze szkołami na poziomie lokalnym. Niniejszy projekt "ZSZ - profesjonalny start na rynku pracy" to odpowiedź na realizację ww potrzeb. Wniosek ma celu modernizację metod i treści kształcenia zawodowego dzięki doposażeniu bazy dydaktycznej ZSZ zgodnie z potrzebami dzisiejszego rynku pracy. Założenia projektu zostały opracowane w porozumieniu z pracodawcami. Cel projektu, którym jest poprawa jakości kształcenia zawodowego w powiecie braniewskim zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację 2 zadań, na jakie składają się: studia podyplomowe, kursy zawodowe i staże dla kadry ZSZ oraz doposażenie istniejącej bazy dydaktycznej. Wsparciem w ramach projektu objęty jest beneficjent instytucjonalny, czyli szkoła ZSZ oraz beneficjenci indywidualni jakimi są nauczyciele i nauczycielki kształcenia zawodowego i przedmiotów ogólnych (14 os). Expanding and updating knowledge is the key to success in any industry. The professional development of the employee directly translates into increasing the company’s profits and improving the competitiveness and quality of services provided. Teacher and teacher education translates into the quality of teaching and the level of the institution as a whole. However, in order for teachers to be able to provide the most up-to-date knowledge to students in an attractive way, it is also necessary to prepare an educational offer for them as part of a system of continuous improvement and training. Those forms of lifelong learning of teachers, which are carried out in consultation with employers who determine the directions and scope of the training, are particularly valuable. It is extremely important to introduce permanent mechanisms for cooperation between entrepreneurs and schools at local level. This project “ZSZ – professional start on the labour market” is a response to the above needs. The proposal aims to modernise the methods and content of vocational training by retrofitting the teaching base of the IAC in line with the needs of today’s labour market. The project’s assumptions were developed in consultation with employers. The objective of the project, which is to improve the quality of vocational training in the branievsk district, will be achieved by carrying out 2 tasks consisting of: postgraduate studies, vocational courses and internships for the staff of the ZSZ and retrofitting of the existing teaching base. The project is supported by an institutional beneficiary, i.e. the ZSZ school and individual beneficiaries such as teachers and teachers of vocational training and general subjects (14 people).
