Celem projektu jest poprawa dostępu do usług podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej poprzez wspieranie rozwoju systemów i infrastruktury informatycznej w podmiotach leczniczych poprzez budowę systemu informatycznego umożliwiającego wytworzenie, przetwarzanie, przechowywanie, udostępnianie elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej oraz zakup infrastruktury wyposażenia serwerowni dla Ośrodka Zdrowia w Waśniowie i Garbaczu. Projekt polega na: 1.Zakupie niezbędnego sprzętu m.in. szafa serwerowa, klimatyzacja do serwera, Sewery, stacje robocze, monitory, drukarki, skanery, klimatyzacja do serwerowni o łącznej wartości; 2.Zakupie licencji (rejestracja, okulista, gabinet lekarza, rehabilitacja i planowanie, pracownia radiologiczna, punkt pobrań, pracownia rehabilitacyjna, podpisywanie HZiCH podpisem elektronicznym, archiwizacja EDM ADAMED, wspomaganie rozliczeń umów AOS w systemie JGP, medycyna pracy; Moduły: Menadżer; rejestracja, BLOZ Interakcje, BLOZ Odpłatności; PODŁĄCZENIE DRUKARKI FISKALNEJ ORAZ ELEKTROKARDIOGRAFU Ascard Grey 7, rejestracja on-line, wyniki badań on-line, powiadomienia SMS-ECO, powiadomienia SMS-PRO; baza danych Oracle, asysta; 3.Wdrożenie (szkolenie i konfiguracja); 4.Budowie sieci komputerowej. W ramach projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki: 1. Liczba pobrań/uruchomień aplikacji opartych na ponownym wykorzystaniu informacji sektora publicznego i e-usług publicznych - 400szt./rok; 2. Lista pobrań/odtworzeń dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego 400szt; 3. Liczba uruchomionych systemów teleinformatycznych w podmiotach wykonujących zadania publiczne - 1szt; 4. Przestrzeń dyskowa serwerowni - 2,2TB; 5. Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 4 - transakcja - 5szt; 6. Liczba podmiotów, które udostępniły on-line informacje sektora publicznego - 1szt; Wnioskowany Projekt jest zgodny z Działania 7.1 Rozwój e-społeczeństwa (w zakresie typu projektów: Rozwój e-zdrowia). The aim of the project is to improve access to basic health care services by supporting the development of IT systems and infrastructure in medicinal entities through the construction of an IT system enabling the creation, processing, storage, sharing of electronic medical records and purchase of equipment infrastructure for the Health Centre in Waśniów and Garbacz. The project consists of: 1.Buy of necessary equipment, among others, server cabinet, air conditioning to server, sewers, work stations, monitors, printers, scanners, air-conditioning to the server room with the total value; 2. Buy a license (registration, ophthalmologist, doctor’s office, rehabilitation and planning, radiological laboratory, download point, rehabilitation studio, signing HZiCH with an electronic signature, archived EDM Adamed, support for settlement of AOS contracts in JGP system, labour medicine; Modules: The manager; registration, BLOZ Interactions, BLOZ Payments; Connection of FISKAL TICKER AND electrocardiograph Ascard Grey 7, on-line registration, on-line test results, SMS-ECO notifications, SMS-PRO notifications; Oracle database, assist; 3. Implementation (training and configuration); 4.Construction of the computer network. The project will achieve the following indicators: 1. Number of downloads/starts of applications based on re-use of public sector information and public e-services – 400pcs/year; 2. List of downloads/playbacks of documents containing public sector information 400pcs; 3. Number of ICT systems deployed in entities performing public tasks – 1 pieces; 4. Storage space of the server room – 2,2 TB; 5. The number of public services made available online with a maturity of at least 4 – transaction – 5 pieces; 6. Number of entities that have made public sector information available online – 1 pieces; The proposed project is compatible with Measure 7.1 Development of e-society (for the type of projects: Development of eHealth).
