Projekt zakłada zwiększenie dostępu do wysokiej jakości miejsc wsparcia 25 seniorów oraz opieki dla 20 dzieci i młodzieży z terenu Gminy Kłomnice zagrożonych ubóstwem oraz wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez uruchomienie i funkcjonowanie Klubu Seniora oraz świetlicy środowiskowej do 31.01.2020r. Zaplanowano utworzenie Klubu seniora o świetlicy środowiskowej w ramach placówki wsparcia dziennego wspomagającej rodziny zagrożone ubóstwem oraz wykluczeniem społecznym w procesie wychowania dziecka. Świetlica rozwijać będzie dwie kompetencje kluczowe poprzez zajęcia z języka obcego oraz koła naukowo-technicznego. W klubie seniora zapewniona będzie profesjonalna opieka dla osób starszych po zakończonym okresie aktywności zawodowej. (Polish)

The project aims to increase access to high-quality support places of 25 seniors and care for 20 children and young people from the area of Kłomnice commune at risk of poverty and social exclusion through the launch and operation of the Senior Club and the community centre by 31.01.2020. It is planned to create a Senior Club with an environmental common room as part of a daytime support facility supporting families at risk of poverty and social exclusion in the process of upbringing the child. The common room will develop two key competences through classes in foreign language and science and technology. The senior club will provide professional care for the elderly after the end of their professional activity. (English)
