Projekt polega na rewitalizacji przestrzeni miejskiej przy ul.Topolowej w Żarkach, należącej do podobszaru rewitalizacji Żarki–Osiedla.Znajdują się tu komunalne i socjalne budynki mieszkalne.Projekt zakłada modernizację tych budynków:wymieniony zostanie dach, ocieplone ściany,wymieniona stolarka okienna i drzwiowa,instalacje zewnętrzne.Teren wokół zostanie zagospodarowany poprzez: zieleń,place zabaw, boisko,miejsca spotkań i rekreacji.Mieszkańcy zyskają nowe,estetyczne strefy wejściowe do swoich domów,oświetlenie,monitoring.Efektem prac będzie powstanie miejsca,w którym dobrze się żyje.
