Projekt obejmuje kompleksową termomodernizację budynków zlokalizowanych w Pławniowicach przy ul. Gliwickiej 107. Zaplanowany w ramach projektu zakres prac przyczyni się do redukcji zużycia energii cieplnej, ograniczenia kosztów ogrzewania oraz obniżenia emisji szkodliwych substancji do otoczenia, dlatego też w ramach przedsięwzięcia zaplanowano następujące główne rodzaje robót: - modernizacja źródła ciepła - modernizacja instalacji C.O. jako elementu kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynków - ocieplenie ścian piwnic przy gruncie, - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, - docieplenie stropu i stropodachu, - docieplenie ścian na poddaszu oddzielających przestrzeń ogrzewaną od nieogrzewanej, - wymianę okien, - wymiana drzwi wewnętrznych oddzielających przestrzeń ogrzewaną od nieogrzewanej - montaż systemu wentylacji mechanicznej nawiewno – wywiewnej z odzyskaniem ciepła dla potrzeb sali gimnastycznej, - wymianę oświetlenia energooszczędne, - pozostałe roboty budowlane i instalacyjne. The project includes a comprehensive thermal modernisation of buildings located in Pławniowice on ul. Gliwice 107. The project’s scope of work will contribute to reducing heat consumption, reducing heating costs and reducing emissions of harmful substances to the environment, which is why the project plans the following main types of work: — modernisation of the heat source – modernisation of the C.O. system as an element of comprehensive energy modernisation of buildings – warming of the cellar walls next to the ground, – warming of the outer walls, – warming of the ceiling and ceiling, – warming of the walls in the attic separating the heated space from the heated space from the unheated, – replacement of the interior doors separating the heated space from the unheated – installation of the mechanical ventilation system in air-conditioning – refurbishing of the heating system for heating and heating.
