Projekt obejmuje kompleksową termomodernizację budynku składającego się z 2 segmentów przy ul. Leśnej 4 w Rudzińcu. Budynek został przejęty przez gminę z przeznaczeniem na nową siedzibę ZBGKiM, wymaga jednak kompleksowej termomodernizacji z uwagi na niespełnianie wymogów izolacyjności ścian zewnętrznych, dachu, drzwi i okien. Projekt obejmuje następujące główne rodzaje robót budowlanych: - poprawę izolacyjności przegród budowlanych - docieplenie styropianem grubości 18 cm; - wymianę okien i drzwi zewnętrznych; - docieplenie dachu styropapą o grubości 25 cm; - modernizację instalacji c.o. jako elementu kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku; - wymianę oświetlenia wewnętrznego oraz zewnętrznego na energooszczędne; - przebudowę systemu wentylacji i klimatyzacji; - wymianę źródła ciepła nieefektywnego ekologicznie (wraz z pozostałymi elementami systemu grzewczego) na system grzewczy wykorzystujący biomasę; - pozostałe roboty budowlane i instalacyjne (Polish)

The project includes a comprehensive thermomodernisation of a building consisting of 2 segments at ul. Forest 4 in Rudziniec. The building has been taken over by the municipality for the new ZBGKiM headquarters, but requires comprehensive thermal modernisation due to failure to meet the requirements of insulation of external walls, roof, doors and windows. The project covers the following main types of construction works: — improvement of insulation of building partitions – 18 cm thick polystyrene warming; — replacement of windows and external doors; — 25 cm thick styropapa roof warming; — modernisation of the central heating system as part of a comprehensive energy modernisation of the building; — exchange of internal and external lighting with energy-efficient lighting; — reconstruction of the ventilation and air-conditioning system; — the exchange of an environmentally inefficient heat source (including other elements of the heating system) to a biomass heating system; — other construction and installation works (English)
