Przedmiotem projektu jest nabycie przez Województwo Śląskie 12 sztuk fabrycznie nowych, czteroczłonowych elektrycznych zespołów trakcyjnych (ezt). Tabor ten zostanie przez Województwo oddany w dzierżawę spółce Koleje Śląskie Sp. o.o., która będzie go wykorzystywała do wykonywania wojewódzkich kolejowych przewozów pasażerskich. Przewozy te będą wykonywane na terenie województwa śląskiego, w ramach realizacji umowy o świadczenie usług publicznych zawartej między Województwem Śląskim a Kolejami Śląskimi. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the acquisition by the Silesian Voivodeship of 12 new, four-member electric traction units (EZT). This rolling stock will be leased to Koleje Śląskie Sp. o.o. by the Voivodeship, which will use it to carry out provincial rail passenger services. These transports will be carried out in the Silesian Voivodeship, as part of the public service contract concluded between the Silesian Voivodeship and the Silesian Railways. (English)
