Projekt jest skierowany do 215 osób bezrobotnych (122K,93M) z powiatu starogardzkiego, zarejestrowanych w PUP. Celem projektu jest wzmożenie działań na rzecz aktywizacji zawodowej osób pozostających bez pracy, z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia, zarejestrowanych w PUP w Starogardzie Gd. jako bezrobotne. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: aktywizacja uczestników/czek projektu; podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników/czek projektu. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika/czki projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej określonego na poziomie minimum: 45% dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3, imigrantów i reemigrantów oraz 60% dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup. The project is addressed to 215 unemployed people (122K,93M) from the Starygard district, registered in the PUP. The aim of the project is to intensify measures for the professional activation of people who are unemployed, excluding persons before the age of 30, registered with the PUP in Starogard Gd. as unemployed. Specific objectives of the project: activation of participants/pieces of the project; increase the employability of participants/pieces of the project. The support will be implemented exclusively through labour market services and instruments as defined in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, excluding public works, based on an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant/part of the project in the form of an Individual Action Plan. The main result of the project will be to achieve the employment efficiency index set at a minimum level: 45 % for people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled to ISCED level 3, immigrants and immigrants and 60 % for other non-members.
