Projekt dotyczy zakupu kompletu urządzeń stanowiących ciąg technologiczny niezbędny do wytwarzania warstw wierzchnich i powłok na wewnętrznych powierzchniach otworów o średnicy powyżej 90 mm oraz innych powierzchniach o złożonych kształtach. Warstwy i powłoki będą wytwarzane z zastosowaniem najbardziej zaawansowanych procesów technologicznych, wykorzystujących do formowania powłoki naddźwiękową strugę gorących gazów - metodę High Velocity Aero Fuel (HVAF) oraz metody plazmowe niestosowane w Polsce i wciąż unikatowe na skalę światową. The project concerns the purchase of a set of technology-constituting equipment necessary for the production of top layers and coatings on internal surfaces of holes with a diameter of more than 90 mm and other surfaces with complex shapes. The layers and coatings will be manufactured using the most advanced technological processes, using supersonic hot gas streams for forming the coating – the High Velocity Aero Fuel (HVAF) method and plasma methods not used in Poland and still unique on a global scale.
