Projekt obejmuje wdrożenie 7 e-usług, w tym 5 w obszarze edukacji (usługi typu A2C) i 2 w obszarze administracji publicznej (usługi typu A2A). Projekt dotyczy 24 jednostek oświatowych, 3 Rad Gminnych i 22 sołectw: w Gminie Chmielnik: 4 Szkoły Podstawowe, 1 Zespół Szkół, Rada Gminy, Sołtysi (5 sołectw); w Gminie Błażowa: 8 Szkół Podstawowych, 1 Gimnazjum, 1 Liceum, 1 Szkoła Muzyczna, 1 Przedszkole, Rada Gminy, Sołtysi (10 sołectw); w Gminie Hyżne: 6 Szkół Podstawowych, 1 Gimnazjum, Rada Gminy, Sołtysi (7 sołectw). Do uruchomienia e-usług niezbędne jest wyposażenie jednostek oświatowych w aplikację e-dziennika wraz z jej pełnym uruchomienie tj. z podjęciem decyzji o zastosowanie aplikacji e-dziennika jako jedynego narzędzia dokumentowania procesu dydaktycznego i rezygnacja z dotychczas prowadzonego dziennika w formie papierowej. Dla uruchomienia e-usług niezbędne jest również wdrożenie szyny danych, dzięki której możliwa będzie komunikacja pomiędzy poszczególnymi programami dziedzinowymi i aplikacjami e-usług. Wdrożonych zostanie 5 usług A2C oraz 2 usługi A2A. W zakresie usług A2C: jedna na poziomie dojrzałości 3, jedna na poziomie dojrzałości 4 i trzy na poziomie dojrzałości 5. Projekt zmierza do uruchomienia następujących e-usług: 1) e-usprawiedliwienie – 4 poziom dojrzałości - usługa A2C, 2) e-stypendium – 3 poziom dojrzałości - usługa A2C, 3) e-stołówka – 5 poziom dojrzałości - usługa A2C, 4) e-nabór – 5 poziom dojrzałości - usługa A2C, 5) e-świetlica – 5 poziom dojrzałości - usługa A2C, 6) e-rada gminy – usługa A2A, 7) e-sołtys – usługa A2A.Realizacja projektu wiąże się z koniecznością zakupu sprzętu i oprogramowania. The project involves the implementation of 7 e-services, including 5 in the field of education (A2C services) and 2 in the area of public administration (A2A services). The project concerns 24 educational units, 3 municipal councils and 22 councils: in the Chmielnik commune: 4 Primary Schools, 1 School Complex, Municipal Council, Headquarters (5 Chiefs); in the Błażowa Commune: 8 Primary Schools, 1 Junior High School, 1 High School, 1 School of Music, 1 kindergarten, communal council, chiefs (10 councils); in Hyżne: 6 Primary Schools, 1 Junior High School, Municipal Council, Headquarters (7 Chiefs). To start e-services, it is necessary to equip educational units with the application of the e-journal with its full launch, i.e. with the decision to use the e-journal application as the only tool for documenting the teaching process and abandoning the existing journal in paper form. For the launch of e-services, it is also necessary to implement a data bus, which will enable communication between individual domain programs and e-service applications. 5 A2C services and 2 A2A services will be implemented. For A2C services: one at maturity level 3, one at maturity level 4 and three at maturity level 5. The project aims to launch the following e-services: 1) e-justification – 4 level of maturity – A2C service, 2) e-stypendium – 3 level of maturity – A2C service, 3) e-table – 5 level of maturity – A2C service, 4) e-election – 5 level of maturity – A2C service, 5) e-lighting – 5 level of maturity – A2C service, 6) e-radiation of the municipality.
