Celem projektu jest wdrożenie systemu zarządzania tarnobrzeską oświatą oraz miastem, opartego na otwartej, cyfrowej platformie, integrującej zasoby informacyjne, wspomagającej proces decyzyjny oraz umożliwiającej udostępnienie danych publicznych i świadczenia e-usług o wysokim stopniu dojrzałości a także elektronizację kontaktu edukacja/rodzic/uczeń Osiągnięcie celu będzie możliwe poprzez: • zakupu sprzętu i oprogramowania, • promocje projektu. Działania przyczynią się do: • łatwiejszego dostępu do zasobów oświaty dla uczniów i ich rodziców/opiekunów, nauczycieli, pracowników UM, • bezpiecznego i sprawnego obiegu informacji pomiędzy jednostkami oświatowymi a MOZE oraz UM w Tarnobrzegu, • optymalizacji kosztów poprzez automatyzację części procesów zarządzania oraz wytwarzania i archiwizacji dokumentów, • poprawy organizacji pracy oraz usprawnienie obsługi interesantów, • wzrostu wymiany korespondencji elektronicznej. Przedmiotem projektu jest również wdrożenie rozwiązań integrujących systemy dziedzinowe pracujące w UM Tarnobrzeg w celu uruchomienia nowych, spersonalizowanych e-usług oraz udostępnienie repozytorium otwartych danych wraz z API. W warstwie sprzętowej, projekt polegał będzie na doposażeniu serwerowni oraz zastąpieniu starych komputerów w szkołach, sprzętem o parametrach pozwalających na korzystanie z nowoczesnych rozwiązań aplikacyjnych. Projekt obejmuje wyłącznie część administracyjną oświaty i nie jest nastawiony na doposażenie szkół w celu podniesienia jakości zajęć edukacyjnych. The aim of the project is to implement the Tarnobrzeg education and city management system, based on an open, digital platform, integrating information resources, supporting decision-making and making public data available and providing e-services with a high degree of maturity, as well as digitising the contact education/parents/students Achievement of the objective will be possible through: • purchase hardware and software, • project promotions. Actions will contribute to: • easier access to educational resources for pupils and their parents/careers, teachers, employees of UM, • secure and efficient information circulation between educational units and maybe and the UM in Tarnobrzeg, • optimisation of costs by automating part of the management processes, production and archiving of documents, • improving work organisation and improving the service of interested parties, • an increase in exchange of electronic correspondence. The subject of the project is also the implementation of solutions integrating the domain systems operating at the UM Tarnobrzeg in order to launch new, personalised e-services and make open data repository available with APIs. In the hardware layer, the project will consist of retrofitting the server room and replacing old computers in schools, with equipment with parameters allowing the use of modern application solutions. The project covers only the administrative part of education and is not aimed at retrofitting schools in order to improve the quality of educational activities.
