Celem niniejszego projektu jest zakup wartości niematerialnych i prawnych, które przyczynią się do poszerzenia wachlarza oferowanych przez Spółkę Assistech produktów. Nabyte WNiP pozwolą oferować na rynku nowe produkty odpowiadające na zdefiniowane potrzeby użytkowników w warunkach domowych jak i szpitalnych oraz naukowych. W efekcie nastąpi umiędzynarodowienie Spółki m.in. poprzez rozszerzenie działalności na nowe rynki tj. arabski, rosyjski czy amerykański. Projekt wpisuje się w Inteligentne Specjalizacje Pomorza: ISP 4 – Technologie medyczne w zakresie chorób cywilizacyjnych i okresu starzenia. Spełnia także założenia dla ISP 2 – Technologie interaktywne w środowisku nasyconym informacyjnie. (Polish)

The aim of this project is to purchase intangible and legal assets, which will contribute to broadening the range of products offered by Assistech. The acquired WNiP will allow to offer on the market new products that meet the defined needs of users at home, hospital and scientific conditions. As a result, the Company will internationalise, among others, by expanding its operations to new markets, i.e. Arabic, Russian or American. The project fits into Intelligent Specialisations of Pomerania: ISP 4 – Medical technologies in the field of civilisation diseases and ageing. It also meets the assumptions for ISP 2 – interactive technologies in an information saturated environment. (English)
