Projekt pt. „Rozwój WDK SOLUTION Sp. z o.o. poprzez realizację działań z zakresu współpracy gospodarczej i promocji na rynkach zagranicznych” dotyczy rozwoju działalności eksportowej Wnioskodawcy i jego dalszej internacjonalizacji na wyselekcjonowanych rynkach. Cele projektu osiągnięte zostaną w drodze realizacji dziesięciu zaplanowanych działań, w ramach których Wnioskodawca: (i) weźmie udział w czterech renomowanych branżowych targach zagranicznych, w tym w jednych w charakterze wystawcy, (ii) odbędzie pięć indywidualnych misji wyjazdowych, (iii) zakupi usługę doradczą dotyczącą aspektów wejścia na nowy rynek. Zasięg geograficzny projektu obejmie następujące kraje: Dania, Szwecja, Finlandia, Niemcy, Wielka Brytania, Holandii (skierowanie głównej oferty Wnioskodawcy – „produkcja zlecana i dostawa elementów stalowych na podstawie indywidualnych zamówień klientów” – na te rynki) oraz Norwegii (wprowadzenie usług inżynieryjnych / projektowania – dotychczas nieświadczonych w Norwegii, celem zwiększenia przychodów ze sprzedaży osiąganych na tym rynku). Realizacja projektu przyniesie wskaźniki produktu m.in. w postaci wprowadzenia zmian procesowych i organizacyjnych, przeprowadzonych przedsięwzięć promocyjno-informacyjnych. Wskaźnikami rezultatu projektu będę w szczególności: nawiązane kontrakty handlowe, podpisane zagraniczne kontrakty handlowe, wzrost zatrudnienia, dodatkowe przychody ze sprzedaży osiągnięte dzięki rozwojowi eksportu na nowe rynki z dotychczasowym produktem i/lub na dotychczasowy rynek zagraniczny z nowym produktem. Project titled “Development of WDK SOLUTION Sp. z o.o. through the implementation of activities in the field of economic cooperation and promotion on foreign markets” concerns the development of export activity of the applicant and its further internationalisation on selected markets. The project’s objectives will be achieved through the implementation of the ten planned actions under which the applicant: (i) will take part in four renowned trade fairs abroad, including one as an exhibitor, (ii) will hold five individual away missions, (iii) will purchase an advisory service on the aspects of entering the new market. The geographical scope of the project will cover the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands (focusing the main offer of the applicant – “contracted production and supply of steel elements on the basis of individual customer orders” – to these markets) and Norway (introduction of engineering/design services – not yet provided in Norway, in order to increase sales revenues achieved in this market). The implementation of the project will bring product indicators, among others, in the form of process and organizational changes, carried out promotional and information projects. The project results indicators will in particular be: concluded commercial contracts, signed foreign trade contracts, increased employment, additional sales revenues achieved due to the development of exports to new markets with the existing product and/or to the existing foreign market with a new product.
