Przedmiotowy projekt pn. Przebudowa amfiteatru miejskiego wraz z rewaloryzacją parku im. Bolesława Chrobrego w Brzegu znajduje się na liście projektów podstawowych pozytywnie zweryfikowanego przez IŻ RPO WO 2014-2020 Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Brzeg na lata 2016-2023 przyjętego Uchwałą Nr XXVI/287/16 Rady Miejskiej Brzegu z dnia 10 listopada 2016 r. Projekt ujęty został na liście projektów podstawowych w rozdziale 6.1 LPR na str. 49 (kod projektu: PP1). Cały Projekt dotyczy obszaru wpisanego do rejestru zabytków województwa opolskiego pod nr Ks.A t.I – 243/90. Amfiteatr oraz Park im. B. Chrobrego są objęte ochroną konserwatorską w ramach układu urbanistycznego pod nr 132/54. Działki, na których budowane będą przyłącza, są objęte ochroną konserwatorska w ramach ochrony układu urbanistycznego. Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie. Liderem projektu jest Gmina Brzeg. Partnerami w projekcie będą następujące podmioty: Liga Ochrony Przyrody Zarząd Oddziału w Brzegu, Biuro Urządzenia Lasu i Geodezji Leśnej Oddział w Brzegu, Państwowa Szkoła Muzyczna I stopnia im. Józefa Elsnera w Brzegu oraz Gminna Biblioteka Publiczna w Skarbimierzu. Przedmiotem projektu jest: przebudowa amfiteatru, rewaloryzacja parku, nadzór inwestorski i archeologiczny oraz promocja projektu. Wskaźniki produktu: - Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją - 5,16ha; - Otwarta przestrzeń utworzona lub rekultywowana na obszarach miejskich - 43533 m2; - Budynki publiczne lub komercyjne wybudowane lub wyremontowane na obszarach miejskich - 8105 m2.; - Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt.; - Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach - 2 szt.; - Ludność mieszkająca na obszarach objętych zintegrowanymi strategiami rozwoju obszarów miejskich - 10 354 osoby; - Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt. This project is called The reconstruction of the urban amphitheatre together with the revaluation of the Bolesław Chrobry Park in Brzeg is included in the list of basic projects successfully verified by IZ RPO WO 2014-2020 of the Local Regeneration Programme for the Municipality of Brzeg for the years 2016-2023 adopted by Resolution No XXVI/287/16 of the Municipal Council of Brzeg of 10 November 2016. The project was included in the list of basic projects in chapter 6.1 of LPR to p. 49 (project code: PP1). The whole Project concerns the area entered in the register of monuments of the Opolskie voivodship under no.Ks.A t.I – 243/90. The amphitheater and the B. Chrobry Park are protected under the urban system no. 132/54. The plots on which connections will be built are subject to conservation protection as part of the protection of the urban system. The project will be implemented in partnership. The leader of the project is the Municipality of Brzeg. Partners in the project will be the following entities: League of Nature Conservation Management Board of the Branch in Brzeg, Forest and Forest Geodesy Device Office, Brzeg Branch, Józef Elsner State Music School in Brzeg and Municipal Public Library in Skarbimierz. The subject of the project is: reconstruction of the amphitheatre, revalorisation of the park, investor and archaeological supervision and promotion of the project. Output indicators: — Areas covered by revitalisation – 5,16 ha; — Open space created or rehabilitated in urban areas – 43533 m²; — Public or commercial buildings built or renovated in urban areas – 8105 m²; — Number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities – 1 pieces; — Number of supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas – 2 pieces; — Residential population in areas covered by integrated urban development strategies – 10 354 people; — Number of projects which financed the costs of rational improvements for people with disabilities – 1 pcs.
